I am passionate about working with children with disabilities and parents in the trenches who are supporting those children. I have nearly 25 years of experience in the medical field as a Pediatric Registered Nurse and have experienced firsthand the struggles, the joys, the hurt, and the beauty of raising a child with extraordinary medical needs. I am in a unique position to share my story and connect with those who are trying to find their road from brokenness to beauty. I am nurse. Mom. Friend. Advocate. And I want to be here for you and your journey, too.
I am also a Christian entrepreneur who started and built a home health agency from the basement of my home to a thriving organization. I would love to bring inspiration and motivation to your organization as I talk to your employees or members about my own “Pursuit of Happyness” story.
As a faithful follower of Jesus, I want to spread the message of hope and love through my daughter’s story. My greatest joy would be getting the opportunity to bring my insights and my journey to you through a speaking engagement. We can connect with one another, share our stories, and embrace the magnificent different of those we love as we bond over our mutual journeys. My goal is for you to walk away having learned something deeper about children with special needs and how to find your road from brokenness to beauty on a journey only Jesus could design.
